Our certified home staging expert provides professional consultation-only services designed to enhance your home’s market appeal.
For a flat fee of $200, we’ll conduct a comprehensive walk-through with you of your property - typically taking about two hours - during which we take detailed notes and photos. After the visit, you’ll receive a personalized report in an easy-to-follow “to-do list” format, outlining expert recommendations to help you get your home show-ready.
$200 plus $80/hour
Our full-service staging is perfect for homeowners seeking complete, hands-on approach to getting their property market-ready to sell - whether newly listed or as a refresh for a property that been listed longer than you have wanted.
It begins with a $200 in-home consultation, which may include some light hands-on staging during the appointment to create immediate impact.
Following the consultation, our certified home staging expert will return for a dedicated staging session - typically lasting 5 to 6 hours - where we typically arrange furniture, style accessories, and enhance the overall look and feel of your home.
The full-service staging fee includes the $200 consultation, plus $80 per hour for hands-on staging time. Please note: if staging accessories or furnishings are needed and not already available in the home, a separate rental fee may apply.
