Our certified home staging expert provides professional consultation-only services designed to enhance your home’s market appeal.
For a flat fee of $175, we’ll conduct a comprehensive walk-through with you of your home - typically taking about two hours - during which we take detailed notes and photos. After the visit, you’ll receive a personalized report in an easy-to-follow “to-do list” format, outlining expert recommendations to help you get your home show-ready.
$175 plus $50/hour
Our full-service staging is perfect for homeowners seeking complete, hands-on approach to getting their property market-ready to sell. We work with newly listed homes, and properties that have been listed longer than anticipated.
It begins with a $175 in-home consultation, typically taking between 1-2 hours.
Following the consultation, our certified home staging expert will return for a dedicated staging session where we arrange furniture, style accessories, and enhance the overall look and feel of your home. This process commonly takes about 5-6 hours for an average 3 bedroom/2 bath home and can be completed in one day or broken up into 1/2 day sessions.
The full-service staging fee includes the $175 consultation, plus $50 per hour for hands-on staging time.
* if staging accessories or furnishings are needed and not already available in the home, a separate rental fee may apply.
